Bow Motor 2+ 8.0HP Winch Motor

The latest addition to the Bow Motor range. This motor is 25 mm longer than the Bow Motor 2, but delivers an impressive power output of no less than 8.0 hp at 6,000 rpm, whilst power consumption remains lower during no-load operation. As a result, this motor is becoming increasingly popular and is highly recommended for applications involving higher voltages (over-volting).

The engine is fitted with the standard 20-spline drive shaft, making it a direct replacement for most winches without the need for any modifications.

Note: This motor is approximately 45 mm longer than a standard winch motor. You should therefore check in advance that there is sufficient space available in your winch assembly.

Recommendation

When replacing the motor, don’t forget to also immediately engine gasket to be replaced. This ensures an optimal seal and prevents moisture and dirt from entering the engine.
