1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including the original shipping costs. Only the costs of return shipment from your address to our web shop are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per parcel; please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This applies to:

  • Products manufactured to your specification, such as customised or personalised items.
  • Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
  • Hygienic products whose seal has been broken after delivery.

3. Conditions for returns

To be eligible for return, the product must:

  • To be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Not show signs of use that reduce the value of the product.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to assess the product, we may pass on this depreciation to you.

4. Return procedure

  • Report your return via info@lensenproducts.nl stating your order number and the product you wish to return.
  • You will receive a confirmation from us with further instructions.
  • Pack the product carefully and enclose the return form.
  • Please sufficiently frank the parcel and send it to the return address below.

5. Refund

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has been received back in good order. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such refunds.
